Timothy the manager was awesome! Nada took care of me. They were both very helpful. Super nice. I am from out of town and forgot my wallet and they gave me my shakes on the house. Happy 4th of July. Not often that you run into people this nice. If ever I. High point NC visit Coldstone on 3865 John Gordon Lane.

The youg lady working Friday night 4/4 was amazing. It was super busy and she maintained her composure and smiled at each customer. She earned all the tips this night. I hope she didnt have to share them. She worked very hard. Her co-worker was another story. He was focused on making waffle cones and burning most. He was not helping at all.

We visited this Cold Stone Creamery in High Point which is close to Skeet Club Rd. Of course my kids wanted every topping and the staff (all teens) were patient, polite and engaged them in conversation. I was very impressed with their customer service skills especially how young the employees were. I got my favorite cookies and cream and the kids got bubblegum. They turned out pretty good and we enjoyed it. As soon as we got in, I'm not sure where people came from but it got super packed. The employees churned out ice-creams cup after cup with the same great customer service. We decided to sit outside and sat under the chairs and umbrella. Halfway through the ice-cream we realized that we were sitting in the Starbucks section. Turns out the two benches right outside the door belongs to Cold Stone. So just be watchful and don't make the same mistake like us cause it literally right outside the door. Parking at the location is super tight....so a truck or big SUV is a pain to navigate. All in all....great experience and will visit again.

The customer service was absolutely awesome I even tried a new flavor of ice cream . The manager just so happened to be there. I informed him of the great customer service and patience given to this USAF DAV. Thanks much again for making My day wonderful. I don't know the person's name.

I am a huge fan of Cold Stone, but they are not all created equal. The ingredients are the same, and the locations may be set up similarly. However, it is the employees that truly make the difference. Haliot definitely made a HUGE impact on our experience tonight! He was attentive and accommodating to our requests. Haliot was efficient in his process while providing a top notch product. I am always disappointed when my ingredients feel half mixed but tonight’s was absolutely PERFECT!!! Haliot… if you see this (I hope you do) thank you so much for being the difference!

I came in today and the staff was super helpful and efficient with how they worked. Specifically, pranav, haliot, and mariama were beyond excited to explain the flavor because this was actually my first time. There was also a new employee that they were training who made my ice cream. It was so tasty!!!!! Definitely going to come back to this location.
